On Victoria Day this year, I went over to Jessica's house to work on our english summative together! For our english summative this year, we had to choose a topic which was considered "inhumane" in our society. I'm not sure how I came up with the idea of doing it on the show, Toddlers and Tiaras!
I did the whole Powerpoint for us and I made it so sparkly! Hehe :-) I love anything that sparkles!!! We also had to prepare a take away gift to give to the audience after our presentation! We knew most people like food, especially cupcakes! :-)
We decided to bake three dozen cupcakes!
While the cupcakes cooled, we ate lunch!
The blueberry cheesecake was exquisite!
After the cupcakes cooled, we scooped out the center of them, placed a mini Rolo in it,
covered it with pink vanilla and chocolate frosting,
and topped it off with cute pink pearls!
I also designed cupcake toppers for the cupcakes with a special little message!
Do you guys get why we placed the mini Rolos in the center of the cupcakes now? :-)
If I say so myself, the cupcakes turned out so good!!! :-)
The next day was our presentation! We spent the morning glamming up for it to match our theme!
Jessica and I are actually not in the same english class but we have the same teacher so she let us worked together! She has english during my co-op periods, so I skipped co-op that day to present in her class!
After the presentation, we busted out the cupcakes and everyone was ecstatic! :-)
