After checking out the cherry blossoms at High Park for the first time last year, I couldn't wait for them to bloom again this year!
Looking back, we actually picked such a great day to go! There was barely anyone there on a weekday, the blossoms were in full bloom, and the overcast skies made it ideal for outdoor photography.
Thiya caught me checking my work emails on my day off. Bad habit. Ugh.
After our fun little photoshoot, we went to Saigon Lotus for brunch. We couldn't believe all of their Vietnamese dishes were vegan because it was that good. Highly recommend!! I surprised my niece at daycare afterwards and the way her face lit up when she saw me... I die. She can't pronounce auntie yet, so all she says is, "Tee! Tee!" Hahah!
