So to celebrate the end of the semester, Jessica, Jeremy, Maddy and I met up for sushi this afternoon at Spoon & Fork! In all honesty, I don't think I would've survived this school year without these guys in our group chat on Facebook. They were always there listening to my rants, showing me that I'm not the only one stressing, and motivating me to always try my best!!

While we were eating sushi, Maddy asked me when I was going to bake her those Oreo truffles again ...which gave all of us the idea to bake it together after we ate! So once we were done, we walked over to the nearby Sobeys and picked up the three ingredients before going over to Maddy's house to bake!

These truffles are so good, so simple and so quick to make!!! All you need to do is crush up a package of Oreos and mix in a block of cream cheese.

Afterwards, you shape it into golf sized balls and coat it with melted white chocolate before popping it in the freezer for an hour or two!

I realized it looks like I didn't help much with the preparation but come on, someone needed to lick that spoon clean!!!! :)

I remember someone told me that the friends you make in high school will be your friends for life, I sure hope so!!!
