So to celebrate the end of the semester, Jessica, Jeremy, Maddy and I met up for sushi this afternoon at Spoon & Fork! In all honesty, I don't think I would've survived this school year without these guys in our group chat on Facebook. They were always there listening to my rants, showing me that I'm not the only one stressing, and motivating me to always try my best!!

While we were eating sushi, Maddy asked me when I was going to bake her those Oreo truffles again ...which gave all of us the idea to bake it together after we ate! So once we were done, we walked over to the nearby Sobeys and picked up the three ingredients before going over to Maddy's house to bake!

These truffles are so good, so simple and so quick to make!!! All you need to do is crush up a package of Oreos and mix in a block of cream cheese.

Afterwards, you shape it into golf sized balls and coat it with melted white chocolate before popping it in the freezer for an hour or two!

I realized it looks like I didn't help much with the preparation but come on, someone needed to lick that spoon clean!!!! :)

I remember someone told me that the friends you make in high school will be your friends for life, I sure hope so!!!

Buster's & Burgers

So after grabbing lunch with Joycelyn last Saturday, we both went our seperate ways since she had a family dinner and I had a date with Dannieeee!! Daniel asked me if I wanted to go bowling but I wasn't down to break any nails that day!! LOL

So insteaddddd, I suggested going to Dave & Buster's for our date and he was sooo down!! I was always underage to tag along when my siblings went, so I was really excited to go for my first time!

We basically loaded 375 chips onto our power card and spent about 2 to 3 hours playing arcade games! We each took a bucket to collect our own tickets ...and what I like about Daniel is that... he doesn't ever go easy on me when we play games together!! LOL

When we had a few chips left for one more game, I let Daniel use it and boyyyy did he make it worth it by winning (us) 500 tickets!!!! We combined our tickets and both claimed stuffed animals as a memorabilia! The night ended perfectly with dinner at Burger Priest, followed by a movie at my place!

I can't wait to see him next week!! We're gonna attempt to make sushi!!!!!! (Pray for us! LOL)

I Love Me Some Roti

So it's 1:00 in the morning and I should probably be sleeping but I'm sitting here craving the spinach and potato roti I had last Saturday at Butter Chicken Roti with Joycelyn! And if you were to visit this place, and the dude asks you how spicy you want it on a scale of 0 to 6... just know that Joy and I were kinda dying at 2!!!

So I'm pretttttty sure 6 is like... the need of a fire extinguisher!!!
