Here are a couple of things I'm trying to do more of:

  • Saying yes to hanging out with friends
  • Speaking kind words about others
  • Doing yoga in the morning
  • Carrying my camera along with me
  • Adding colour to my wardrobe!!!
  • Appreciating what my body does for me 
  • Worrying less about the future
  • Listening to more uplifting songs
  • Being present in the moment
