Here are a couple of things I'm trying to do more of:
- Saying yes to hanging out with friends
- Speaking kind words about others
- Doing yoga in the morning
- Carrying my camera along with me
- Adding colour to my wardrobe!!!
- Appreciating what my body does for me
- Worrying less about the future
- Listening to more uplifting songs
- Being present in the moment
The last one! always something I struggle with/strive towards.
