After our successful rainbow cake, we decided to make another version of the rainbow cake three days later! This time, instead of baking each layer a single colour, we poured all the colours together in a single pan to bake. (Don't stir the colours together!) For the toppings, we used icing and crushed chocolate chip cookies and sprinkled it on top! It tasted fffabulous! :-)
