It's such a coincidence how the first day of the month also marked
the first of many things for me!!! This year, I celebrated Canada's Day with my friends at rib fest!!! It was all our first time there and it wasn't like anything I expected!
It was MORE FUN than I expected!
The whole time I thought there were going to be multiple tents of people trying to bribe you to try their ribs but it was nothing like that! They actually set up an amusement park and had a bunch of other eateries around!
The one thing that suck though... was how all the rides spun around and it probably wasn't a good idea for me to eat ice cream beforehand because I felt like puking and only ended up going on one ride!! It's okay though! I saved $$$ and spent it on food! Boo ya!
Speaking of the first of many things, it was my first time trying blooming onions! It's basically an onion that has been opened up and deep fried! It tasted really good at first but once it got cold and once the ranch sauce started running out... yeah... it wasn't that appetizing!!!
We devoured in onions and ribs while we watched the beautiful fireworks show!!
The night ended with us missioning to a Timmies for some late night chats and drinks.
I think it was the first time we commuted home at 1 in the morning and luckily for us, we bumped into a lady who gave us her day pass!!!
David is so weirddddddddd... BUT I'M GOING TO MISS IT.
I actually think that one of the reasons I have been spending so much time with this gang is because David is moving to London tomorrow and we're all just trying to make the best of the time we have with him now!!!

Ugh. There are so many things I'm going to miss... like our late night conversations, our ice cream runs, his weird snapchats and just the fact that he thinks I'm hilarious. He's actually one of the best people I have ever met...
and one of the people who made my high school career end on such a good note!!!!!
With that said,
we're going to keep in touch for as long as we can, David!!! x
