Selfie-steem

A few days ago, my sister was complaining about how I rarely...

show my face in my blog posts anymore... even though it's my personal blog! She mentioned how there would be blog posts with only photos of my friends/family and none of me. Thing is, I don't really like seeing pictures of myself... I guess you could say I have a low selfie-steem!! Ha ha ha

I'm working on it though! My best friend Thiya also noticed that too, so yesterday when we were hanging out, she basically hogged my camera and took a whole bunch of photos of me!!! Oh man, it felt weird to be on the other side of the camera. I really didn't know how to pose????!

While Thiya was snapping photos of me, she was rambling about how I always make her go on some sort of adventure with me when she comes over,

"You know Cindy, you're the only friend I come home having grass stains on my pants all the time.

You're like the girl they sing about in songs and the girl I watch in movies."

After she said that, I couldn't help but hold the same smile in all my photos.
